We rented one of the ski/wake boats. For a family of four it was perfect. We had a two day rental and the boat was ready and running perfectly for our trips.The dock crew was spectacular as well as the office manager. They gave us some great info on the lake and surrounding areas. So glad we picked this place. It really made our family vacation.
As first time drivers, the team at Nautical Watersports Center made it super easy. Their step by step safety checks were necessary to make sure our experience was perfect. The lake was gorgeous and perfect on a Monday morning. We planned this trip months in advance but renting a boat was spur of the moment. The website made reserving a breeze. Nautical Water Sports has incredible service! Their team takes care of everything! Boats are in good shape and we had no issues. We would come back to the dock to take a break and they ran to help us dock every time. Very easy for older folk to board as the dock is flat. We had a vision impaired friend navigate the dock easily. Their gas price was decent but I would fill up at a Marina if you used a full tank. They are also close to the London Bridge channel so you can run in and out fast. Thanks guys! Great times!
The Best Boat Rentals in Lake Havasu! We rented a couple jet skis for the day and was really surprised how competitive the price was! The process was fast and easy and they're right on the water which is nice. The skis were nice, not junky like others I've rented before.They have so many more toys for rent also! Stand up paddle boards, kayaks, pontoon boats and much more from what I could see.We definitely had a great time and partly because the process was so stress free. We'll definitely be back soon.
We had a very positive experience here with a Tri-tune 150hp pontoon boat rental over Thanksgiving. Their staff was really nice and the price was very competitive for a full day rental (gas was extra). Boat was very clean and seemed new. Will use them again as it was so convenient. You go from the parking lot, walk to the dock, and off you go. No getting towed to a boat launch like the other places!VictorB
Staff went out of their way to provide my son and I with a great afternoon of jet skiing on the lake. Only one was available initially, but they quickly finished servicing another jet ski so we each had our own. Weather was fantastic, and we had so much fun! I’ll rent from Nautical Watersports every time!! Thank you Ryan and staff!
Nautical Watersports is a great place to rent watercraft! We had the best experience from beginning to end. Office staff was wonderful and helpful. And Jake, well you just have to love Jake! He went out of his way to give us the best treatment possible. Our lake adventures would not have been as much fun without Jake and the entire team at Nautical Watersports.I completely recommend them and will definitely be back!
Overall we LOVE renting from Nautical. All employees are kind and courteous, they also try to get you out on the water ASAP. We've rented from them several times now and have always been happy. Their boats are clean and newer which makes for a great day on the lake. One suggestion. Take your own video when "walking" the boat prior to departing the boat slip. We've NEVER had a problem until last time, since they've started taking their own videos. In my opinion, they've become quite nit picky and tried to get us for damage to the prop. Thankfully we had an experienced boater with us and in the end didn't need to pay. So, be VERY thorough when doing the inspection.
Above and beyond great customer service from start to finish! Very convenient location and extremely professional employees! When I called to make a reservation the phone was answered promptly, and the details of renting the boat were explained with clarity and efficiency. Easily found the rental office located at the entrance of the boat dock. Cyd had our paperwork ready, was friendly and efficient, and had us out the door in a matter of minutes. Noah then showed us to our boat and competently went over everything we needed to know, and even told us of good fishing spot. Our boat become stuck on the beach due to river water levels dropping rapidly. I called for advice, and Ryan and Noah came right away to help. They were immensely supportive and accommodating, had positive attitudes, and made us feel better about the situation. We were an hour from the boat dock and they didn’t charge us for the assistance that was needed, claiming that it wasn’t our fault, even though this was costly and inconvenient to them! Good, honest people, with an exceptional level of professionalism! Looking forward to renting from them again!
